Looking for someone who will take OWNERSHIP of the space What you'll do: Lead and support the café team in day-to-day operations Ensure high standards of customer service, food, and beverage quality Assist with staff training, rostering, and mentoring Oversee stock control, ordering, and daily cash handling Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming café environment What we're looking for: Previous hospitality or café leadership experience A positive, "lead by example" attitude Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure Barista skills are highly regarded but not essential Knowledge of bar experience a plus RSA Needed as well To apply online, please click on the apply button.
